Return Policy


Terms and Conditions

We will gladly accept returns, exchange or refund of orders within 7 days from delivery/ collection date. Strictly no returns after 7 days from delivery/ collection date.

We only can return, refund and exchange under the following conditions. Proof of purchase is required for any exchange, return or refund.

  1. Mint condition: Package is unopened and product is unused
  2. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  3. Damaged packaging upon receipt

We regret to inform that the following categories of products are not eligible for return and exchange, unless packaging or product is damaged or not received in an acceptable condition within 7 days from delivery/ collection date.

  1. Food and Beverages
  2. Sanitary products
  3. Under garments and clothings
  4. Special promotional items


Any exchange, damage, repair, returns and exchange need to be done at our showroom and be verified by our customer service team. Return, refund and exchange will only be approved when the above stated Terms and Conditions are met. Healthy Edge (S) Pte Ltd reserve the rights to reject any return, refund or exchange if reason falls outside our stated Terms & Conditions.


Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at u-onegolive@gmail.com within 48hours once the order is received. You have to include the following details in the email.

  •             Full name
  •             NRIC
  •             Contact no.
  •             Date of receipt of products and warranty cards
  •             Reason for the exchange( so we can improve)
  •             Photos of the damage products

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 working days for further instructions. To exchange, kindly let us know the item you like to exchanged.

In most cases, you will need to bear the delivery charges for returning the item to us. However if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return delivery charges( as long as you used a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you. All at our expense.

Once your returns is receive and inspected by us( usually within 72hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund.

Refunds will be transferred to the customers accounts.
