Ingredients

  • 7 Prawns – shelled and de-veined
  • 1 egg white
  • 1-2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 5 chilli padi
  • 20-30 curry leaves
  • 200ml evaporated milk
  • Corn flour
 
Steps
 
  1. Pour oil in wokpan
  2. Marinade prawns with 1 tsp of salt, 1 egg white, some pepper
  3. Coat prawns with corn flour and fry, drain dry, set aside
  4. In a clean wokpan, add unsalted butter, stir till dissolve
  5. Add chilli padi and curry leaves, saute till fragrant
  6. Pour evaporated milk, let it boil then add the fried prawns
  7. Season with ½ tsp of salt
  8. Ready to serve
