Ingredients

  • 2 blocks of huaishan noodles – soaked
  • 5 slices of bacon – sliced
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh red chilli
  • 2 tbsp of chopped spring onion
  • White rice wine
 
Steps
 
  1. Fry sliced bacon in wokpan with no oil till golden brown
  2. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, saute red chilli, garlic and 1 tbsp of spring onion
  3. Next, add huaishan noodles & toss well.
  4. Season with 1 tbsp of light sauce & 1 tsp of coarse black pepper & 1 cap of white rice wine.
  5. Mix well and it’s ready to serve.
